She even offered to take over and upload all of the styles, sizes and colors to my store.I am very excited to get our store running especially during COVID-19 when we can't be face to face with our clients. I think SquadLocker has great price points and many perfect products to offer to our high school students and parents!Tank you so much Anzhelika, she is one of the top providers of customer service I have ever experienced!:). Simply awful. My experience working with SquadLocker has been one of the worst. Not only is their store creation system an out-of-date mess but you can't even design on their website. Once you get your order (assuming they didn't screw it up the first time) the logo feels like a giant sticker on your chest.I wish I never agreed to work with their sales team. The first woman I was assigned to couldn't provide me with simple answers and I was given the runaround on shipping dates.
Then another woman took over and she was able to quickly respond to my questions and provided me with honest answers. But the whole process took way longer than it should have taken. The experience leaves me feeling like there is no organization within their sales team and I am going to look elsewhere for a company that can do uniforms.SquadLocker is probably fine you if never have to talk to someone and don't pull your hair out while using their website but for a bigger program I would go with another service.Updated 4/20/2020.HGC,I have not yet heard back from you to validate your concern/ review. Submitted two seperate orders, got an email stating the prep days and ship dates soon afterwards. Patiently waited 9 days, checked the order status, no update whatsoever. I talk to chat, they ensure me ita gonna ship 3/23.I logged on today and the ship day was 3/30, no email update, nothing. I feel like if I didn't check on the production they would continue to sit on my money.
After asking for a refund 4 times, I finally got one, oh and here's the kocker, the refund wont be back in my account for 10+ days, what in the actually f. kind of policy is that. You take peoples money, then do a s. job at getting the order out on time, send me a merrigoround of chat people to deal with before you give refunds that take 2 weeks. THIS WEBSITE IS A JOKE, THE BUSINESS CONCEPT IS A JOKE AND THE CUSTOME SERVICE WAS AVERAGE AT BEST. Keep seeing all these 5 stars reviews for customer service helping setup team stores, if you need help with that you're inept, you literally upload your logo and select the items its goes on. We provide ship dates based on vendor lead time if the item is not stocked in our warehouse to ensure accurate ship dates.
Order 348313 was placed on 3/13/2020 and the order confirmation provided an estimated ship date of 3/23/2020 today. We were not late with your order as today is 3/23/2020. Per your request, I see that your orders were canceled and your card refunded.
