You take on the role of a Baseball team manager where you create a team and lead them to victory. There are different tactics and strategies that you can pick up and the game has a good way of introducing them since the start of the game. There isn’t really much of a tutorial section. The game just simply introduces the controls then you are off to finish your first match.
The game has efficient controls and are easy to pick up and play. There two different control modes. You have auto play and manual play mode. Both of these modes are greatly affected by your team’s stats so it is a good idea to train them to improve their stats and to collect better players by purchasing packs in the shop.
I personally prefer manual play mode as it gives me direct influence over how matches go instead as auto play makes me feel like I’m leaving everything to chance. And auto play mode costs AP that you can earn in free packs or from rewards for winning matches.
In Baseball, you take turns attacking and defending. When you are going on the offensive, it means that you are trying to hit the ball with a bat while trying to secure bases. If the opposing team catches the ball before it hits the ground then that player is automatically out. If not, then they have to throw the ball to the base that the player is running to in order to eliminate them. Once you have three outs then it will be the other team’s turn to attack.
If it is your turn to defend, then you have to pitch the ball while making it hard for the other player to hit them. You have various throwing techniques which you can change by tapping the button on the lower left. You can throw a curve ball, or a slider and many more. You also have to make sure that you throw the ball within a hit box to avoid a “Ball”. And if the batter misses the pitch, then he gets a strike. And if he gets three strikes then he is out.
There are many different leagues that you can join. You just need to select how many games you want to play for the season then select the number of innings. You have 5 leagues; namely, Minor, Major, Master, Champion and Legend. And from there, you have to win the championship and battle with more powerful teams at the higher leagues.

There is a good team management factor to it as you can make your team stronger by training them and you can even swap players around once you have collected better ones.
