Pixel People Math Art - Tried it Tuesday Elementary AMC May 20. I just used some digital clipart that I have from Thistlegirl Designs (which I love!). Our pixel people art was such a hit I included a similar activity in my Monster Math unit so that students could use the pixel pieces of paper to create a monster.

When I'm away from my home PC I like to work on sprites while using my phone. I've tried all sorts of pixel art programs. I even checked out art apps on my wife's android phone.
Nothing comes close to how amazing this app is. You can import images from OneDrive, save images, manipulating the art is easy and intuitive, the tools are easy to use, and the UI is clean and easy to navigate. I highly recommend you check this app out.
Not only is it a great app, but the developer is active and quick to respond to questions and comments. I found a bug in the program yesterday, I reached out to him, and just this morning there was already a patch. If you need to make sprites or want to make pixel art, I recommend you get this asap!
